We can also take care of your customer returns or exchange requirements. Inluding inspecting and documenting the condition of goods feeding back the condition of the items including images at point of collection in realtime. Upon return to our warehouse we can repackage and palletise if necessary.
As registered waste carriers all packaging removed by our teams from customer properties on our clients behalf is returned to our warehousing facilities and disposed of responsibly, recycled where possible.

Pre Delivery SMS
We will enhance the standard service by sending out your customer an SMS message the day before their due delivery date letting them know their 3 hour scheduled delivery window.
